The items we fill our home with are an extension of our lives.  We expect them to  convey our style, provide us comfort, be purposeful... we want them to help create the most familiar spaces in our lives. 

At Mathilde, we design and build furniture to meet these expectations. An elegant dining table that becomes the most oft used, cherished part of the house. A handsome desk that centers a work space, becoming both refuge and place of inspiration. A beautiful coffee table, well, as a place to pile snacks for that sixth straight Netflix episode, but it should look dang good doing it.

Whether it's made-to-order furniture to fit into an existing room or one of our small run production pieces, we design to create unique, individual pieces to fill these roles. All made with in solid hardwood that will last, and be held onto, for a good long time.
